Tidbits
  • Studies have shown biodiesel has less free water that diesel fuel
  • A B2 blend can enhance lubricity of #2 ULSD from 580 microns to 278. The lower the number, the better.
  • A B2 blend with ULSD will have no significant change in CFPP or Cloud Point results. A B5 blend may raise the CFPP by as much as 4 degrees
  • In cold Winter climates, it is not recommended to blend higher than a B20.
  • Biodiesel is a great to have around the house for cleaning.
